Design
We start with a floor plan and a conversation. You see 2D layouts first, then 3D renders for every room. Materials are picked and locked. By the end of this phase the room exists on screen the way it will exist in life.
Execute
Civil, plumbing, electrical, sealing, carpentry. All in-house. One studio takes responsibility for what happens on site, so the render does not drift from the room.
Hand over
We hand you the keys to the space you signed off on. The same materials. The same proportions. The same room. The handover is a confirmation, not a surprise.
Drawings show the plan. Renders show the room.
